Great location, only a few minutes walk to the lake. Very clean. Extremely friendly welcome from Norman, the best cook for breakfast. Would like to stay longer, but unfortunately we are on a round trip.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Carriage Houses. The interior was very spacious, cosy and luxurious. Hosts were very helpful and sweet. Loved the beautiful white doves flying around the houses.

With free Wi-Fi throughout and private parking on site, this guest house has a peaceful reading room and a breakfast room overlooking Bunratty village. Shannon Airport is only 10 minutes’ drive away.

Lovely clean and spacious room with big bathroom . Breakfast was exceptional , with vegetables growing on the property served alongside traditional breakfast . Phyll the owner runs one of the best BnB ‘s I have stayed in. And a great carácter too . I will definitely recommend here without hesitation.
