What a find! If you want a soulless motel, keep going. If you want an experience, stay here. Glorious old country house. Charming and seriously interested host. Comfortable bed. Good blackout shutters. Hot powerful shower. Delicious breakfast. Ample parking. And the peaceful countryside. I and my 7 fellow guests were all enamoured by this precious place.

Very nice owner who checks to make sure everything is going well. The bedroom was well appointed and had a super comfortable bed. Lovely little touches in bathroom Netflix and WiFi available in the bedroom. Breakfast was fantastic and so interesting as it was Venezuelan themed or Irish if required.

WoW!!! Where to start?!? Paul and Nicki are the owners/hosts and they are just brilliant. Attentive, helpful, funny, and a blast to talk to. We had many questions on where to tour and they gave us endless recommendations and advice, all of which were spot on. Nicki makes home made cakes for you to enjoy while you are there. The room itself was large, well appointed, and comfy. But the best part of the inn was the library. It was like your own large living room at home. Complete with books, games, and a bar! breakfast was the best we had in England. And it was always served with a smile! We loved it so much , we actually booked an additional night. The inn is ideally located. Just off the main street through town but less than 5 minute walk to all the pubs, shops and restaurants.
