Our room was spacious, clean with a comfortable bed. Very quiet and peaceful. The hotel was in a perfect location for us in lovely countryside, yet only a few minutes drive from Waterford. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice. Our hosts were all very friendly and helpful. We could not have wished for anything better. Our thanks to you all.

What a beautiful room with breathtaking views of the sea! Colleen was such a warm and helpful host, making us feel completely welcome from the moment we arrived. As two dads traveling with our child, we appreciated how comfortable and at ease we felt throughout our stay. The charming seaside resort setting was perfect, and parking right in front of the house on the street was wonderfully convenient. The combination of spectacular scenery, genuine hospitality, and that cozy, family-friendly atmosphere made this perhaps our most memorable accommodation during our entire Ireland trip. This is a B&B with a difference. The owner allows full use of the kitchen if needed. B&B and self-catering in one package! The host is an amazing friendly and caring person. I would stay there again. It is relaxing and on top of that, it has a very cool name...Mooncoin!!!
