I wish people could know that this is a genuine review - I know how people suspect great reviews especially when it seems inconsistent with others. Well here goes.. I was hesitant to book this hotel for my wife and i and four kids due to numerous negative reviews, but I wanted cheap available and location so took a risk. My room was clean. Theybqere flexible about me having an extra kid sleep in his sibling's bed. There was an issue with my billing and the lady at the desk (Tanya) was extremely conscientious and communicative to resolve it. Breakfast was generous and good. I dont know what others experienced but my experience was only positive. Of course, it is great value for money.

Set in Kafr Sābā, 18 km from Tel Aviv Museum of Art and 18 km from The Cameri Theatre, Hamedina de Silvina offers air conditioning.

The couple that own the unit are very nice. The unit itself is mostly under their house so there are almost no windows. It is well venitalated , though, so everything is pleasant. It is well outfitted and has a small kitchenette and a double bed that is big enough (but if it had a spring matress, would have been more comfortable). It is obvious that the owners care and make an extra effort to make the most of the place. As for location, it is near a senior residence (Migdal HaIr) and a hospital . We are observant, and needed to be in Kfar Saba for the Shabbat. The unit is semi suitable, meaning it is manageable, but not ideal. If observant and coming for Shabbat, make sure you bring cellotape (for the refrigerator), a small water urn (for hot water for coffee on Shabbat) and maybe a shabbat platter . The do have a small shabbat clock for your use. The Beit Hillel shul is very lovely and friendly and it is only five minute walk away. If coming for Shabbat , it is highly recommended.

Ahuzat Shaul Seaside , managed and owned by very friendly and welcoming Mrs. Dorit, is the perfect location if you want to watch the ,, Sharks of Hadera,, a yearly phenomena at the nearby power station between November and March when you can watch sometimes hundreds of Sandbar and Dusky Sharks wich are attracted by the high oxygen level and plenty of food . The Sharks are coming as close as 20-30 meters to the shore and there are quite a few scuba divers swimming with them, The power station is surrounded by Hadera Beach Park wich has a nice set-up and you just have to cross the large white bridge and keep on the path to your left until you hit the rocky beach and you will see the sharks if you are patient. The best time is early in the morning between 06.00-09.00 a.m. but some are there all day. There has been no incedents with the sharks so far but I would not nessesarily go into the water to swim with them. Dorit,s accomodation is just a 5 minute drive by car from the parking at Hadera Beach Park wich makes it an ideal location. The place is more like a small boutique hotel with very nice and spacious rooms wich each have a veranda and lots of plants and green around the place. It although has a Sauna and a jacuzzi wich Dorit gladly puts on for her guests. Everything was kept very clean and tidy. The villa is stunning ! Perfectly functional with high end equipment, the villa is clean, beautiful and well maintained.
