Clean and modern. Good location in a quiet pocket of Varanasi, but still close to the river - 10-15min walk or short ride. Very friendly and helpful proprietors. Breakfast was delicious home made fresh food, mix of indian and western.

Great location, basic but comfortable room and awesome host (Vishnu). Vishnu's place is good value for money in Varanasi, but Vishnu as a host is invaluable. He is friendly, provides a lot of good information and advice - he really knows the area well and I would recommend other guests to pay attention to his advice because everything he told us (about scams, traffic etc) came true. We would have missed our train because of traffic and road blockages if Vishnu had not warned us about needing to leave early.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Varanasi!” I had an amazing experience at Kiarsh Residency. The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to Bhaironath Temple, Ganga Ghat (200 meters), and Vishwanath Temple (1 km). The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all modern amenities like private kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and 24/7 CCTV security. The staff was very friendly and supportive throughout my stay. If you’re visiting Varanasi and want a peaceful yet central place to stay, I highly recommend Kiarsh Residency. Totally worth it!

I had a wonderful stay at Keshari Nandan PG House— the host was soft-spoken, always willing to help, and even guided me with useful tips to make my Varanasi trip better. I had a very pleasant stay at Rudraksha Guest House. The room was spacious and very clean, which made it really comfortable. Tej and the staff were extremely helpful and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was a nice way to start the day. Overall, a great experience — I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Varanasi !

    Great location near the Assi Ghat and just off the main Varanasi road, so it's accessible by tuktuk. Food stalls and snack shacks on the doorstep and a wine shop just up the road. Charming staff, all part of the family, very helpful and friendly. Shared areas include two kitchens, a dining area with a small library and a roof terrace with washing lines for drying laundry. They own a motor boat that does morning and evening river trips plus a row boat for private journeys. Much cheaper than others are offering.
