SwitzerlandThe property was a little haven, located in a silent enclosure. It gave us all the space and comfort to have a moment of rest and rejuvenation. Balaji's warmth and generosity made the place very special. He and his wife were very helpful and shared great recommendations for temple visits and places to eat. Next time we are in Kumbakonam, we hope to stay there again.

IndiaI had a wonderful stay at Hotel Chela and would recommend anyone visiting Kumbakonam. The hotel is centrally located making it extremely convenient for travellers. It is just a short distance from local temples, restaurants, shopping areas and popular restaurants.
The rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained offering comfortable experience. The Hotel Manager Shahul Hameed was courteous and helpful. His assistance made a huge difference. I truly appreciate his hospitality. I will definitely stay there on my next visit
