I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming cottage located in the heart of Rishikesh. Despite being situated in the city, the cottage was a peaceful oasis that provided a welcome respite from the noise and bustle of the surrounding area. One of the standout features of my stay was the manager, who was an exceptional host. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and his attention to detail was impressive. To top it off, his cooking was absolutely delicious and truly elevated my experience. The room was spacious, well illuminated and clean. There is hot water and is in a quiet part of town yet 5 min walk to the Ganges. Puja the hostess is wonderful, she was very kind and accommodated all our needs. We would definitely come back.

I especially recommend to anyone searching for peace and quiet in noisy Tapovan. The accommodation is a bit off the road. It was difficult for me to find the narrow path. Eventually a nice young man helped me, and also helped me to push my bike up the hill. All the owning family are super friendly.
