This place exceeded our expectations! The room and the breakfast were perfect! It is located in a peaceful area, just a 5-minute drive from the Cathedral of St. Francis of Assisi. The host (the entire family) was incredibly nice and kind, and we will definitely return! Everything is brand new and impeccably clean! Our rating is 10+!

This place is a great idea for those visiting Assisi! It’s fully renovated, extremely comfortable and clean! We were a group of 7 people and we were all very satisfied with our staying! Can’t help on mentioning Barbara, the host, she is a lovely person, and the recommendations she made were very important during our visit!

Perfect location and super cosy place. I booked it last minute, a couple of hours before my arrival and everything was perfect. The location is just a few minutes walking distance from all the main Basilicas. The lady that received me was very kind and gentle. She had prepared a few snacks in the room and water bottles. The kitchen is well equipped with all the basics, and a coffee machine. They even have to go cups. Thank you for letting me stay here, I really enjoyed it.

Brunella was a wonderful host and was happy to meet our requests. Room was lovely - modern and spotless. It is a quiet location but with a Conad supermarket and cafes nearby. Good public transport (bus) to the Assisi train station.

Lovely new apartments with an amazing view of Assisi. Apartments are small but have everything you could need, including a great little kitchen and all you could ask for in a packaged breakfast. Parking is secure, there is easy access to walk to the Basilica or there is a bus from the end of the road to the top of town, super convenient. Wifi is good. Elisabetta the host is lovely and provided lots of helpful suggestions, we were even able to visit her family olive oil farm which was fantastic.

    It was large, well equipped and easily accessible. A little out of the main tourist centre it was quiet and situated among the locals. Easy access to the bus stop. Stefano was a great host who met us in person and freely gave advice and direction. He was happy to do what he could to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast was on the front step each morning. The property did not have A/c but did not need it it was cool inside while it was well over 30 degrees outside.
