Emanuela was super kind and gave us a lot of information about Perugia. She helped us book a taxi for the airport and guided us on where to order food from. The place is lovely and super well-kept. Everything was beyond clean and the room smelt amazing. Will definitely recommend a stay here!

Really varied breakfast with many sweet options, including homemade cake, but also cheese and cold meats. The staff was superfriendly and you can speak English with owners. This place exceeded our expectations! The room and the breakfast were perfect! It is located in a peaceful area, just a 5-minute drive from the Cathedral of St. Francis of Assisi.     Lovely people! They prepared breakfast for us at 5 in the morning and they took us to the airport. Also, because we didn't have a car, they've helped us with the transportation. Beautiful location! Peace and quiet. Lovely garden. I would return to stay for at least two weeks, just to clear my head and fill my soul with joy. I recommend it with all my heart!

    extremely clean - lovely spacious room - friendly helpful host so close to the airport and host collected us and took us back for a very reasonable price garden is pretty and a nice place to sit it’s really quiet and peaceful Assisi is really stunning and october was a great time to visit - uncrowded and sunny ! beautiful town and surrounding area
