The object is neat and clean, in the very center of the city. Surrounded by restaurants and cafes, as well as shops. The hostess Maria welcomed us very kindly. Breakfast excellent and sufficient. It was a little more difficult to find parking because we were in a large van, but 500 m from the building there is a guarded parking suitable for larger vehicles (but there is also plenty of city parking). Great facility.

Palazzo Salvecchio is fantastic accommodation. It's right in the heart of the old town, yet on a super quiet laneway so close to everything, but peaceful in the apartment. Hosts checked in on us a couple of times during the stay just to make sure all was OK. They couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Apartment itself is spacious and really comfortable. Loved our time staying there as a base to explore Bergamo.

Our stay here was definitely a plus. This place is a must if you love rich Italian interiors with a touch of modernity. Great location, comfortable room, very easy access (codes worked first time and no problem finding property or room). Nice modern bathroom (private). Our room had beautiful wooden shutters overlooking a quaint street. A huge selection of teas, coffee, biscuits in the communal area. It was great to also be able to leave our luggage in the communal area in the morning to allow us to explore Bergamo before heading onwards.

Good location , close to city center, close to Porta Nuova from where you can take bus no 1 (or 1a, 1b, 1c) for Cita Alta; close (<10 minutes walk) from train station from where you can go to Como Lake or Milano; safe area, good restaurants ; very nice host , with a lot of valuable info about Bergamo; quiet, spotless clean room with private toilet.

Great location to walk to the old city center. We enjoyed both the old and the new city centers. Room was comfortable and the breakfast and terrace was good. Federica was a great host. There was a parking station just around the corner.
