Francesca was a great host. Very clean room and beautiful decorated. Good breakfast.

The flat is very large and tastefully and brightly furnished. The highlight is certainly the exceptionally beautiful covered terrace. A wonderful view of the valley and the surrounding mountains, and often a light breeze. Pleasant climate. The house doesn't heat up much either, which is pleasant in the heat. But of course there is air conditioning everywhere. We didn't have to leave it running all the time, even though the weather is really hot in August. It was very pleasant that we had no stairs in the upper flat. When I hurt my foot on the beach, it was good that I could easily get into the house. Our host Claudia was very knowledgeable and friendly, and comes directly from Domus de Maria (?), which means she can give good tips. All in all, a wonderful stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The breakfast was lovely, traditional, varied and both Alberto and Valentina make excellent coffees and scrambled eggs. The location is perfect for walking around Pula, but also for Nora (45 minute walk or 8-10 minute drive), other surrounding towns (short drive or bus) and even Cagliari is only a 30-minute drive away or approx. 40 mins by the regular, reliable bus services. The view from our room was great. One of the hotels jacuzzi's was amazing, but has to be reserved. We did not try the more secluded jacuzzi. Alberto and Valentina do not speak English but know more than enough words and phrases to get by and to be fair, their English was better than my Italian (non-existent)... any language barriers were broken down easily using Google translate and they really do make an effort to both learn English and teach you some Italian along the way. Valentina worked tirelessly every day in both preparing breakfast and cleaning all the rooms and she was lovely. Alberto was contactable and responsive by WhatsApp well before I arrived in Pula and whenever needed during my stay, whether it be for a recommendation, some safe batteries or clean cups for the room, Alberto has become a friend to me and my wife Holly, and he went above and beyond at all times. He gave us a lift back to Cagliari on departure day, and gave us a guided tour of the furthest parts of Cagliari before dropping us off at our next city centre hotel. When in Cagliari, I got food poisoning and Alberto was there to help me in my time of need, offering to give me a lift back to my hotel when discharged, providing me with hospital details in English and even messaging my pregnant wife Holly to calm her down during my admission. We were not staying in Pula or with Alberto at this point but he was still willing to help us if and when needed. Finally, if you are travelling to Pula for the Sant'Efisio festival in May, this hotel has the very best location for the fireworks... I mean wow!!!

What a perfect spot to unwind, for a day or for a week, with beautiful views, peace & quiet and a great company of Dani and Fabrizio. You immediately feel at home and don't want to leave!

Highly recommend this place. We stayed there with big pleasure, and all was excellent even in small details. Incredibly attentive and friendly service, comfortable beds, new soft towels. Very tasty breakfast served on beautiful terrace with flowers and a view to the city. Natural perfect coffee or cappuccino. Room is comfortable, all made with quality and good taste. The bathroom is huge and everywhere is so clean and beautiful aroma, including soap and shampoo. You just feel like at home. Location is between old architecture of Pula, beautiful beaches and closely to Cagliari. You need to use a car. Big thank you for great hospitality Francesca!

Hosts were very nice, breakfast was perfect. Staying was very comfortable and I would absolutely stay there again.

Fantastic location and only 30 minutes from the airport. Beautiful new rooms with an outdoor seating area.
