Location and service was great ! Hospitals was warm and not over bearing. Rooms are very clean and everything. Water pressure was great . The view outside is fantastic, we could see the Duomo. Everything was handled with efficiency and professionalism . Hope to return in the future :)

This hotel is a hidden gem! So close to Uffizi, Duomo and everything is in walking distance! The room is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. We really love the breakfast! You got plenty of choices and they were all very well prepared!!! It looks very pretty and also very tasty! The host was very friendly and gave us a lot of tips about the restaurants. They are all very good!!! Highly recommended!

This hotel is truly phenomenal. The room was not just clean, it felt brand new as it should be. The bed was sufficiently comfortable, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean and modern. The breakfast was also very good. A special thank you to all the incredible staff for their kindness and hospitality throughout our stay. The hotel is very cozy and conveniently located near the train station. Staying here really made me feel at home.

    Breakfast was excellent, and generous. We loved the music from the record player, the open doors to the garden, and your wonderful waitress who came from Brazil... she couldn't have been more helpful or charming. She is such a great asset to Villa Ape Rosa. The Villa was in a pleasant and quiet area of Firenze, and getting the transport from Leopoldo in and out of City Centre was easy. But we found the walk back uphill to the Villa steep and difficult. The Villa was charming, and full of character.
