Manuella is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a bottle of beer each, sitting in the shade in the garden. Our room was spacious and cool, and we had a very good night's sleep. We had a fantastic dinner made with local produce and washed down with local wine. We even had some of Manuellas home made Sloe Gin. Delicious altogether. Breakfast was another wonderful meal, complete with freshly made scrambled eggs. This was a wonderful stay in an old Italian home as opposed to being in a modern commercial hotel. Very special! Thank you Manuella.

My stay (4 evenings) at Anime Salve for the golf nearby (Ducato) has been outstanding. Every evening my hosts (Francesca, Angelo and the kids Fabrizio and Alessandra) prepared me (for a small fee) a true Italian dinner, and it was fantastic. We had pasta dishes, home made pizzas, local specialities like Parma proscuitto.. Of course you can have the option to dine out or cook in the fully catered kitchen. The pellets poêle is great and keeps the studio warm. The studio can also sleep 3 persons. Every day Angelo is making sure your stay is the best possible. You can go there with your eyes closed! Grazzie mille 😘

Lovely personal welcome from the host. She went out of her way to drive us to the bus stop to get the bus to Parma. It's a lovely house and we would happily stay there again.

Everything was perfect. Our best stay in Italy and surely one of the most unforgettable places where we stayed EVER! I suggest ordering breakfast and dinner as the stay would not be complete without it. Every product was super local and you can tell it by the taste! As I usually dont go back to the same places again, but this is one of rare cases that I would love to visit again! Btw, the roads leading to the house looks pretty scary at first, but in fact it is not so bad, we did it with Toyota Yaris 1.0. :) I wish to go back here at some point in the future, soak the atmosphere of the place and try more of delicious food! The super nice owner seems to put all his passion to run the place, and that makes it unforgettable experience! 11/10 🥇

Both our hosts, Lino and Santo were very charming, helpful and went in details with us what we should visit and eat in Parma and Milan They are genuinely kind. They gave us a very warm welcome "mi casa es tu casa". Every morning we were presented with different fresh breakfast.

This is a marvellous place to stay while hiking along the Via Francigena. The facilities are new and beautifully designed and maintained. The owners are extremely welcoming and helpful. We had a lovely dinner in the downstairs bar in the evening and a great breakfast in the morning. The location is very beautiful, with wonderful views. Highly recommended.!
