The hosts are so helpful and friendly. They care about your wishes and try everything to make them true for example gluten-free breakfast for my wife. The rooms are very modern and clean. And the beds are really comfortable and they can give you different types of pillows if one is not comfortable for you. The location is 12 minutes from the train station and from city centre by walk.

I have never experienced the best hospitality like this in my life. We arrived late and the owners made us a meal when we arrived. They showed us how to get a parking space and also provided a map of how to get to Milan. They provivded so much goodies. It was the best stay in my life and I have been a thousand places. I would deffo reccomend staying here. Thank you Rita and Thank you Daniel x

The room was clean and quite comfortable. I got the room with a balcony, which was a delight because the sun was shining The location was just amazing, center town with all shops and restaurants near by. (Trattoria Caprese dove se mangia da DIO) The breakfast is typical italian, - coffee, juice and a croissant in a nice coffee shop next door. For me perfectly fine

The accommodation is super nice. It has three apartments and a common space. Everything new, impeccable, of very good quality, clean and with good taste in decoration, signs of dedication and care. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay and more. Bright, well ventilated, with a very spacious bathroom. The host ( lady ) was just so friendly and super nice and welcoming. The accommodation was very, very nice, clean and comfortable. Everything was perfect. Very quit cosy place. Sofar was the best place that I have been. Ideal for families with kids as well. Very close to Bergamo Airport With public transport, there is a bus shuttle between Bergamo Airport and Monza, and from Monza, to the accommodation is just 3 km's from each other. You can take a bus or taxi. Breakfast was good. My bed was very comfortable with big pillows Tv 📺 and air conditioning perfectly working and plus what I nice found the big size teras. They came daily to clean the room. Safe parking.

    Very welcoming hosts. Beautiful spacious room, spotlessy clean and warm. Excellent breakfast. Great location 5 minutes walk from the centre of Monza and 10 minute train ride to Milan centre. Private parking available. Highly recommend. I will definitely choose Villa Tosati when I return to Monza/ Milan.

    Kathy is a great host and is very helpful in making you find your way around Monza. The location is easy to reach by bus from Monza station. The room and bathroom are clean and the house is located in a quiet area. Dinner tip: Antica Cascina Zappa just down the street behind the hospital. Italian hospitality at its best!
