The owner was so lovely, she told us all about the history of the building, the city and the surrounding area. We had a great time, the room was beautiful and the breakfast was generous! This place is definitely worth a detour just to enjoy the town and this hotel.

The hosts, a couple, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, nice bath. Breakfast was excellent, with home baked cakes and cheese from local farmers. All very nicely prepared. The castle in a tiny village in Mugnano was charming. We highly recommend this place and consider it among the most charming we have staid at. The environment and it´s calmness surprised us.

The location is fantastic, the hotel is based in a castle looking down the valley towards Rome. Fabulous little community and authentic architecture. The place is full of character, not the modern style hotel. The host is a charming lady, truly a sensitive soul. Thank you for the social breakfast that gives lovely interaction with other gests.
