Lovely Villa with a well kept beautiful garden and a nice balcony for the evening coffee or better still a Chianti wine. Very friendly and helpful lady owner who runs the place herself and takes care of any need or extras requests. All in all the best place to stay in Panzano, specially if you are going to Panzano to enjoy a meal at 'Dario Cecchini' the Butcher with the best meat grilled and served in the evening. This hotel is only a 5 minutes walk away from his Shop/Restaurant.

Anima Franca exceeded our expectations. It is simply decorated with quality bedding, towels and breakfast. The hostess is respectful of your privacy but helpful if I asked for help. Everything is new and she works hard at making her guests comfortable. I will definitely return to stay here when I return to Chianti.

The staff were fantastic (warm, kind and professional), the accommodation gave a truly authentic whilst utterly charming Italian experience, the breakfast was superb; a new homemade cake each day, the quality of the products top notch, the eggs! And Mary makes wonderful cappuccinos. Mary, Matteo and Maria all provided excellent tips for our stay and Matteo was able to organise dinner for us at La Toppa on very short notice - equally outstanding experience and literally next door! There were small touches that pushed the hospitality over the top, like quality mini easter eggs readily accessible in beautiful glass jars and freshly made chocolate biscuits at hand next to the tea and coffee in the shared area.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Host communicated well and was present to let me in. Explained the amenities, perfect check in. The room is clean, well maintained, quiet , comfortable bed, air conditioning, small private garden. Generous, quality breakfast buffet staffed by housekeeper who made the coffees. Room cleaning every day. Short walk to center of town.

Great location, with lots of eateries steps away including the Dario restaurants. Very quiet and breathtaking view from our room. Air conditioner worked wonderfully. Coffee machine, sweets and water a nice touch. Bathroom newly renovated. Loved it!

Such a warm ‘home’ feeling, very private and quiet, we loved our little terrace. An easy walk to the main piazza. Vareika (?) was a delight, taking care of every need and making us feel so welcome.
