Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere and absolutely amazing hosts. Truly the most friendly and helpful staff ever. Everything about the place was exceptional. The staff were super helpful, both before and during our stay. We suspect they even bought a potty specifically for our stay, which we and our little one really appreciated! We'd definitely stay here again if we ever come back!

The room at first appeared a bit small, but with possibility to push our suitcases under the large bed it was ok. The arrangement of the appartment was very friendly, many personal aspects, very clean, bathroom large enough. The owner was extremely friendly, I regret I did not make a photo with him, his smile and great politness during welcoming us was just extraordinary. The owner told us where we can find a free parking lot, what is of great importance in Pienza, we have found a free water supply station just by th eparking, the water was nice cool and you could get also the "frizante" version well saturated. In a warm day we loved it!!!!!
