The location is close to the train station and the city centre but in a quiet side road. It was possible to take the bicycle into the apartment. The doubleroom was spacious and clean. The communal kitchen is completely new and extremely well equipped, you’ll also find ironing boards and machine and for an extra fee can use the washing machine! The owner is very welcoming and available to answer any questions you might have related to your stay.

We found the apartment to be lovely spacious clean and airy with a bit of fun and character. It was right in the town centre with lots of options to eat at restaurants within walking distance. They had everything we needed for our stay even a bottle of prosecco waiting for us. Was very convenient as we were able to park out front and apartment is on street level.Lovely hosts and nothing was too much trouble, we thoroughly recommend to stay there.

We enjoyed our stay here very much - the room was clean and cozy, the breakfasts were simply delicious, and the host was super nice and helpful. We also enjoyed the company of two friendly dogs and a few cats :)

Supernice, modern, spotless clean premises. Everything is decorated with so much love to detail - like a cozy beachhouse. Excellent breakfast and a large, ultramodern room with a big bathroom. Amazing friendly owner even though we had a language barrier, she made efforts to make everyone feel comfortable. Perfect, if you have a car and want to be away from the touristy places (10-15 drive to Follonica).
