I absolutely liked everything! First of all i have to highly congratulate the owner Paolo . This guy is very professional, very attentive, and present 24/7. I would personally like to thank him for his kind offer to help me during a complicated italian train cancellation route problem and his patient will to try to help me find solutions to travel otherwise. He is really an excellent host! Furthermore, his rooms are of upmost high standards, brand new , very spacious, and with all the comfort and amenities provided. Cute small breakfast at the nearby cafeteria made my trip more sociable and got to meet the neighboring coffee owner hosts and practice my italian language too.(A very enjoyable cultural exchange delight that was). Situated in the heart of the city center, 1 minute from the busiest shopping street, 10-15 minutes from all major historical sights,and only 5 minutes from the Lungomare (main seaside promenade) and only 10 minutes from the Lido Reggio calabria train station which is really convenient if you want to have quick walking distance access to other small villages ie Schilla. It was the best choice to fill my vacation requirements. Excellent choice!

Accessibility: This stay is just 15 mins away via public transport from station, port and airport. House: We just fell in love with how clean and well organized everything was. You just have to open the gate to walk into the beach and watch Mount Etna right from the house. We were already provided with snack breakfast, milk, juice and some flavored yoghurts. There is very well equipped kitchen with all utensils if you feel like cooking. Host: Above all the comforts of the house, the hosts (Vadym, his English speaking sister and Angelica) are amazing. In my 4 years of traveling and staying at many places, this is the place that felt like home with their heart warming hospitality. The host is always accessible in the property and responsive. We met their whole family and everyone is very friendly. It's a pity that we underestimated this beautiful city and only stayed for a day to catch our flight the next day. but would definitely come here for long stay soon.

The host could not have been more helpful. His recommendations were fabulous and he was so flexible and helpful we could not have asked for more. Particularly liked that the host lived on site too which meant everyone was respectful it was lovely and quiet unlike other places we stayed during our trip. Great location near the town centre and there’s an escalator pavement to get you up 90% of the hill!! Husband appreciated the lift up the second floor too. Would highly recommend.

Great location for the airport, just a short walk away. We stayed here twice, for both our arrival and return flight. Both rooms were spacious and clean with firm, comfortable beds. Our second room didn't have a sea view, but the property has an amazing view from the rooftop terrace. The self-service breakfast was simple and convenient. Bus stop outside for transfer to city centre. Very friendly, helpful host.We would definitely stay here again if using Reggio Calabria airport.

The host Vincenzo and his daughter manage this property with great efficiency. I had the room Castello, next to the breakfast room. The room is brand new and the bed is very comfortable (two pillows!) The B&B is located in a quiet block of flats, just a few steps from the city centre. Breakfast with fresh & tasty Italian croissants. I was happy to be able to watch Netflix.
