The owner was very kind, she welcomed us upon arrival and made us homemade Italian coffee. The accommodation is very clean and nice. It was moved from the city center in a quiet neighborhood, which gives you the opportunity to have a nice rest from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is well connected by metro line C to the city center. All recommendations.

This accommodation was great - not sure what I expected, but it was definitely a lovely surprise! I took the metro from the Termini station to San Giovanni and walked from there. All very easy thanks to excellent instructions sent by the lovely staff on WhatsApp. Both the San Giovanni and Manzoni metro stations are around 10 minutes walk from the accommodation. The metro is easy to use and will take you to Spagna in less than 10 minutes. The room was modern and spacious with hanging space, a fridge (which contained a treat), and a small desk. The bathroom was also a good size and the shower was great.

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff. The room was spotless and modern. The windows were incredibly soundproof – with them closed, you couldn’t hear the city at all. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Also, the door access system was brilliant – you get a link via email, and with just three buttons you can unlock everything. Super fast and convenient. Out of the three places we stayed in during our trip to Rome, this one was by far the best.

Everything was fine. The room was very quite and with nice and proper interior. We were guided safely through the self-check-in. The appartment is located within a 3min walk from the Roma Tirburtina station with commuter and Metro trains stopping there. For us it was the perfect home base to visit Roma. Thanks again to the commited and engaged personell!

    The rooms were spotless and the perfect size for our family of 5. Never stayed in a Bed and Breakfast but this was quite special. Barbara was an amazing host and so very helpful. Also was a 5 minute walk to the metro giving us easy access to downtown Rome.

    Beautiful villa with a garden in a quiet neighborhood. Possibility to have breakfast outside in the garden. It takes only 15 to 20 minutes to get to University Tor Vergata (walk + bus).

    The location was choosen because of the neighboring Tor Vergata university, which is located 5 stations away from Torre Gaia station. The location is indeed idyllic and safe, close to a single cafe-restaurant and a commercial area with a supermarket, a pet-shop and a pret-a-porter shop, with logical prices. The hotel is quiet and in a residential area close to Torre Gaia Station (metro and bus).
