The location, is slightly rural (which we liked), but transport links, supermarket, cafes, restaurants a short walk away. Our room is well decorated (as was most of the property), access was simple. The landlords were very, very helpful. The complimentary snacks are a great touch. Breakfast was great, and having access to the kitchen was a bonus.

Perfect location 👌 walking distance to city centre. Beautiful, clean, and modern apartment. Glen helps us with directions and advises us with transportation opinions. Nice breakfast ( croissant and coffee) nearby café. Highly recommend. Will definitely come back when next time in Rome.

Such a lovely place to stay, unfortunately we only scheduled to stay for one night. Such a continent location near the metro and the train stations. Lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment was quiet, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was one of the best we’ve had all throughout our trip in Europe. Having the locks that can we unlocked via a link on my phone was also very handy. The owner was also very helpful by meeting us out the front of the building and showing us around.

The accommodation exceeded all our expectations. It was very tidy and exceptionally clean, located in a great area. It's an urban neighborhood just outside the city center, with everything you need nearby — especially the metro station, which is only a 5-minute walk away and offers fast transport to all desired locations. Inside the accommodation, you have complete privacy and independence from others, which made our stay even more comfortable. I must especially highlight the kind and friendly hosts, who take care of everything you might need or want to know.

I have booked this place for my parents who do not speak English. The host is very friendly and provides timely helps. The check-in and check-out process were very smooth even tho I had to coordinate from remote. My parents were also very happy about everything during their stay.

    The rooms were spotless and the perfect size for our family of 5. Never stayed in a Bed and Breakfast but this was quite special. Barbara was an amazing host and so very helpful. Also was a 5 minute walk to the metro giving us easy access to downtown Rome.

    The owner was very kind, she welcomed us upon arrival and made us homemade Italian coffee. The accommodation is very clean and nice. It was moved from the city center in a quiet neighborhood, which gives you the opportunity to have a nice rest from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is well connected by metro line C to the city center. All recommendations.

    Beautiful villa with a garden in a quiet neighborhood. Possibility to have breakfast outside in the garden. It takes only 15 to 20 minutes to get to University Tor Vergata (walk + bus).

    The location was choosen because of the neighboring Tor Vergata university, which is located 5 stations away from Torre Gaia station. The location is indeed idyllic and safe, close to a single cafe-restaurant and a commercial area with a supermarket, a pet-shop and a pret-a-porter shop, with logical prices. The hotel is quiet and in a residential area close to Torre Gaia Station (metro and bus).
