A really nice stay – the host was kind and helpful, even offering bikes to reach the town centre. Close to beautiful sea views, easy and safe parking on the property, a friendly dog to greet us, and a lovely breakfast with superb cappuccino.

The apartment is newly furnished, perfectly clean, and within walking distance from the center of the towns of San Foca and Roca. Free parking is available on the street. Vanessa kindly welcomed us, explained everything, and recommended some favorite local restaurants and attractions. This accomodation also offers a small private terrace and a beach umbrella, which we really appreciated. Overall, 100% recommended!

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I cannot praise it enough. The owner and his family are exceptionally kind and always ready to recommend places to visit and assist in any situation. Their warmth and hospitality made my stay incredibly cozy and pleasant. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and varied, offering a true home-cooked experience with traditional dishes that you won’t find in any restaurant. The hotel’s convenient location and private parking add to its appeal. The rooms are superb, with a captivating interior design. If you find yourself in Apulia, make sure to stay at this hotel for at least a couple of days. You won’t regret it!

San Foca has a lovely feel; very good options for restaurants and bars and a beautiful seafront and marina. This property lies right at the heart of all that. Our room, which was beautifully appointed in a modern fashion had a fantastic terrace overlooking the marina. Breakfast was undoubtedly the best we have had on our travels and the central facility where this was served was very special, again with a large terrace overlooking the marina and seafront. Now for the best bit of all, our hosts. We have never been treated with such care and genuine hospitality and friendliness; they really wanted our stay to be very special…and it was. Hugely impressive.
