The property is unique. A villa converted into hotel rooms. I believe it was recently converted as everything was very shiny and new. The location is spectacular. It is in the middle of the city however you do have to hike up to it. The parking was very convenient and safe and we did get help with our luggage walking up from the parking area to the property. The rooftop pool was a huge bonus. Very peaceful and the view!!! Communication with Alessio was really very good. He helped with booking a restaurant, carried bags up, gave good check-in and arrival information. We felt like we knew him before we even arrived. Depiste the warm weather we were able to sleep very well with the windows open as there was always a lovely cross-breeze. No need for air-conditioning. The bed was very comfortable and all the linens very good quality. We shall most definately return

The room was so beautiful and cozy, just perfect for a couple, we loved the view to the river of varralo and the pleasant river sounds at night. The check in was easy, there is a parking near by a few minutes walk.We were welcomed by Lisa very nicely and she told us where to park the car. There is a tiny nice kitchen that allows to make some food and tea and keep food in the fridge. The room was warm and the shower great and warm, the bed was comfortable and warm for us. A beautiful room and good location, I wish I had stayed longer. Thank you Lisa.

This is the prefect place to spend the weekend or even longer. Julie and Alexis did an amazing job in renovating this beautiful Italian house in this cute little village near Lake Orta. The breakfast was amazing with home made jam and bread, cookies etc. The room was beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfy. They thought of pretty much everything there. And Julie and Alexis are beautiful hosts. Thanks so much for having us.

The place was impressive. The room was very big, well decorated and cozy. The bathroom was also big and nice. There is an elevator, it was easy to carry the luggage to the room. No one waited for us when we checked in, but the instructions were accurate and it was easy to get in.
