The host is very helpful and hospitable.He even drove us to the bus and train station. The facility is decorated with the most precious works of art.We had breakfast served, and it was also a feast of a meal.We received 5 star treatment at Bellbird Hotel.Our beds were comfy..Rooms had enough space.Bathroom facilities were clean and in order.

Our stay was perfect! We decided to enjoy the beauty of Aso a bit longer and booked the house quite late, but everything went great. The host was very kind and communicated with us in English. The house itself was very nice and spacious. The common areas were pretty and clean. There was a large window overlooking some woods and a stream which was quite nice to sit in front of.

Owner of the guesthouse made us feel very welcomed. We had a large room and plenty room to hang out, both private and common area. It was an authantic Japanese house and we could use also her kitchen and wash machine. She preapared beatiuful and tasty breakfast everyday. She was also very helpful with her recomendations.

The hostess was very nice and helped with planing our days at aso. Also there is a lot of information provided of the area! The guesthouse itself was very warm, clean, nice and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. Also a few minutes walk from the station and the convenience store. The kitchen was well a quipped.
