Good breakfast with a nice variety, onsite onsens were a treat to enjoy, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable hosts. Family owned so everything felt very personalized. Directly on the bus route; a bit difficult with luggage but still doable.

We stayed just one night at Hiro's place and we had an amazing experience! The house is lovely in a very traditional Japanese style, and there's a small private onsen too! Hiro really made us feel welcome in his home, and greeted us with lots of kindness. The garden has a lovely pond and the little dog is so sweet! I really recommend Hiro place for an authentic and lovely experience in Japan. Hope we can come back again in the future. Thank you Hiro!

The Landlady was very nice and helpful Used her app to translate to English so that we could understand her better. Provided us with a sumptuous breakfast Room had a heating mat and good aircon. Location was central, located relatively close to the train station. There is a 7-11 and ENOS (petrol kiosk) located approximately 1minute walk away from accoms. Carpark available. Approximately 2mins drive from the nearby attractions, ~4mins drive from the Red bridge, the Toshogu Shrine. Please note that toilets are shared. There are two toilets. One on the second floor, one on the first floor. There is a bathroom on the first floor.

Very pleasant night. The owner of the accommodation takes care of every detail, from your welcome with recommendations on what to visit in the area to a very good and complete breakfast in the morning completely free of charge. The room is very comfortable, futon on tatami, and there are two bathrooms to share with the other guests. You also have the possibility to leave your luggage in the accommodation before and after check-in and check-out. Highly recommended.

Staying at Sanga Nikko was definitely the highlight of our stay in Japan. The house is beautifully decorated, everything is clean and comfortable. Our host, Yoshi, is probably one of the kindest person we have ever met. He really did his best to make our stay perfect...between the welcoming fruits and cookies, the planning of our day trip to chuzenji, the reservation of the japanese restaurant...and the really enjoyable conversations about japanese culture and customs... We really had a fantastic time at Sanga Nikko ! We will definitely come back and send our friends there to stay !! Thank you for everything Yoshi !! If I could, I would give a 12/10 !!

    Lovely, clean and quiet place. Izumi was a great host. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. We had the privilege to see a mother deer with its fawn from our deck, it was spectacular. We highly recommend this beautiful stay.

    Location is very good, close to most of the main temples in the area and a few nice restaurants nearby. The hotel is simple yet charming and well kept and the private Japanese bath is a plus. Staff is friendly.

    Quiet scenic location. Everything walking distance. There are several restaurants near by. We didn’t have breakfast at the property so can’t comment. Lovely private onsen. First come first serve. Next to the river so can watch the river flowing by from the onsen. Kanmangafuchi Abyss starts at the hotel. Don’t miss it.

    Great hosts who went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. Spotless house, quiet location, beautiful touches to make it feel homely, an awesome bath that stays hot and fills automatically- the best bath I have ever had! Hosts had information including timetables for buses, shows at edo wonderland at their finger tips. Walking distance - 5mins to bus stop and only 10mins tops to train station. Host also took us to the train station in their private car - very friendly, polite and helpful. Loved our stay and wish we stayed longer.

    Great location for visiting the shrines and temples. Quiet and cosy, old style and comforting. Free tea and coffee and use of tableware if you want to eat your own food. Friendly owner with great advice about where to visit and where to eat. Spotless shared washrooms. Great private Japanese style baths for a good soak at the end of the day. Easy access by bus from the station. I enjoyed the breakfast of toast, an egg, fruit, and coffee (not included in my room price); it was perhaps a little pricey but very convenient.
