Very nice hosts, eager to give the best experience to their guests. Exceptional service by picking us up and supporting in handling the narrow driveway. Personally showed us the local Sakura (cherry blossoms) tunnel, which was beautiful!

We loved the hospitality, the comfy beds and amazing view of Mt Fuji. Just a 2 minute walk from a reliable bus, it was expertly located for a quiet few days away with easy access to towns closer to the coast. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating and the meals were exceptional!

I particularly liked the care and attention taken over the kitchen area and the laundry and toilet facilities. Great coffee machine. My room had 4 remote controls which were all user friendly and worked beautifully. I felt like James Bond.
