This hotel is quite the gem! Me and my colleagues came to Malindi for work. Our workshops are organised at nice hotels (Ocean Beach or Sandies type) in the area and we always try to stay at these hotels as well for convenience. It was our 4th time in Malindi and everything was booked this time around so me and my colleagues were in search of a different hotel. We found Lion's and what a discovery!! Worth the try, I highly recommend! The food is delicious, the hotel is comfortable and quiet, pristine clean and the staff is absolutely lovely. They made our work week very comfortable!

The villa is beautiful. We got the two rooms at the first floor. They were spacious, clean and lovely. A lot of privacy and great views of the ocean. It is right at the beach front and it’s beautiful. The host Beba was very helpful and welcoming, the staff especially James and Penina were lovely.

It was a home away from home! Agnes and her team took me in and cared for me, gave me tips, and fed me. The room is very spacious and pretty. I loved to have my own seating area infront of my bungalow although I preferred to sit in the main area on a couch cuddling the dogs.

I'd like to take this opportunity to review the incredible time my parents and I spent at Simba House. From the moment we entered Simba House, the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was truly memorable. They took my parents to various beaches, restaurants, and adventures, allowing us to explore the beautiful areas of Watamu. But that's not all; they even went the extra mile by helping us find some personal items we needed during our stay. They accompanied us to local shops and surprised us with special items not on the breakfast menu. We cherished the privacy of our own secluded area, providing a peaceful and undisturbed atmosphere when required. All I can say is a heartfelt thank you for this extraordinary experience! Every minute spent at Simba House was worth it.
