As a female solo traveler, this was by far the best stay I’ve had in Korea. The host is incredibly kind and thoughtful—she genuinely cares about her guests. She had preplanned tours for the surrounding sights, like how to visit Dosan Seowon and Hahoe Village using perfectly timed local buses. It made everything so easy and stress-free. The house is cozy and peaceful, and I felt completely safe and welcomed the entire time. She even waited for me to return from a night stroll to make sure I got back safely. It’s rare to find this level of care and hospitality. I left feeling truly cared for. Highly recommended!

It was our privilege to be able to stay in this amazing, historical accommodation. It was very quiet and relaxing, and we slept great. Breakfast was delicious. Seunghwan, the owner, and his family went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and they even gave us a few rides around the area, for what we are really grateful. We came to Andong for the annual mask dance festival, and considering that, the location was wonderful. There is plenty to do within walking distance. Fort a small town semi-traditional stay it was a wonderful experience. The building is so beautiful, peaceful and inviting and we felt extremely comfortable although outside of our "everyday culture". Highly recommended for a quiet warm stay.

We had an excellent stay. Very clear and friendly communication. The proproposed (small) breakfast was perfect for our needs. Rooms small but have all that is needed, iPad with notes on recommended restaurants was a nice touch.
