Pali and his lovely wife and daughter made my stay lovely. The bed was fine, the a/c very strong and nice warm shower. A lovely place and Pali organised a tuk tuk for a reasonable price to take me round the ancient sites and to nearby Mihintele. Pali helped me get dinner, made me Sri lankan coffee and took me to the bus station which is actually walking distance. The lake is a few meters away and is a nice morning walk with many birds and fish. He also rents bicycles which I took to see the free sights with Pali's guidance.

The location is just perfect, peaceful and calm, still just next to the center and also not fare to the attractions. The house and the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and clean. AC workes well, warm water (although in my opinion not necessary) too. They even have a restaurant with good food. Also you can rent bicycles. And the staff was really polite, nice, very reliable and helpful!! If you are looking for an authentic, beautiful middle price accommodation without fancy stuff like pools and so, it's definitely a great choice. And it's really a blessing to rest and eat and drink tea there, after a full day of sightseeing :)

Wonderful host and hostess, fantastic bed with a mosquito net, good bathroom, great recommendations from the host about where to go and what to see, with the availability to book a guide through him, and a wonderful breakfast that you can add on for a very good rate. Located in a quiet street just a stones through away from the restaurants. With security cameras outside, we felt very safe leaving our Tuktuk here!

Amazing place, walking distance to the Anuradhapura Town…We stayed for two days and had an incredibly comfortable experience. The cleanliness was absolutely 10 out of 10 – everything was spotless. The beds and all the amenities were of the highest standard, providing a truly relaxing stay. The staff were very professional, helpful, and respectful throughout. We felt completely at ease, with a sense of freedom that made it feel just like home. Highly recommended!

Amazing place. Great service, the family is so kind and really does everything to make your stay the best it could be. They helped me with arranging a reliable and friendly driver to get from the airport to the guest house, and we stopped multiple times so I could try local fruits, so sweet. The son of the household showed me around Mihintale, and the parents provided a lovely meal every morning and evening at my requested time - absolutely amazing food that will keep you going for days haha! The room was very nice and clean. I was looking for something a bit more fancy, and definitely got what I was looking for and for a great price. Super comfortable bed and pillows, soft sheets and a nice bathroom. Environment is super calm and great if you're looking for some peace and quiet. Peacocks, chameleons and beautiful butterflies all around, you can spot everything from the comfort of your breakfast table. Honestly couldn't think of any improvements!

We were the first guests because it is really new. The owner is really friendly and helped us to make the tour of Anuradhapura old city and Mihintale mountain for a fair price. It has comfortable beds. Pillows are new. We were so comfortable there. The bathroom is also very clean and neat. They dropped us to the next destination for a reasonable price.     The owner Gohan and his family are very welcoming. The place is nice and quiet, near the city center. The breakfast is rich, you can taste some tipical specialties from Sri Lanka. Gohan kindly drove me to Anuradhapura heritage sites, shown me the place and explained some of the history of the ancient Sinhalese civilization. I truly recommend to stay with them

    We spent three nights in this accommodation and it was really good. The room is big, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom with hot water. Everything was very clean. the location is very good, in a quiet street and not far from the centre. Nimal, the owner is very charming and helped us a lot giving us the information we needed. I highly recommend this place.

    Viraj was a great host, he organised some bicycles for us to get about the city, and even offered some free lifts to the bus station. Took the time to upgrade our room for a very reasonable price. His hotel is beautiful and in a nice quiet location just the right distance away from the hustle and bustle of Anuradhapura.

    Coming from a no aircondition bb, we loved the rooms with aircondition! Very clean with large beds, soap available (not all places have that) and great location. Close to the new bus station, shops and supermarked, and still very quiet. The breakfast was cheap and delicious with plenty of food. Owner really friendly and even offered to take us to the old bus station upon departure. We would come back any time!
