No air con but the fan above the bed worked well. The owner, Dulip, is a lovely person and great host. Him and his wife were very friendly. The food is also tasty. Dulip arranged a tuk tuk tour of Ambuluwawa Tower which was perfect as we were the first ones at the top of the tower when the gates opened at 7:45am.Guest review byBenYoung couple
