Wow — I had the most amazing time at Fes Penthouse. From the second I walked in, everything felt so welcoming and special. My room was super cozy and spotless, and I seriously didn’t want to leave the bed — it was that comfy. The food? 10/10. . The Host are Absolute gems. They were so kind and made everything so easy for me. Fes Penthouse exemplifies what it means to offer a superior guest experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to discerning travelers seeking both luxury and hospitality at its finest most importantly making you feel like your own home. The breakfast was exceptional, the fact that we could experience a traditional Fez Moroccan breakfast. The host ensured that we have a good breakfast and informed me on the time as well. Where I could you not have breakfast the host was accommodating in providing Dinner instead. While I was away on the excursion, the host made sure dinner was placed in my room when I arrived. The host Abdul Aziz was in constant contact all the time treating you as a family member who is part of his home. When we wanted a late snack around 9pm he took our fellow residents who stayed in his home out on a getting some real Fez food at his own cost. This is what made us feel like home and would definitely come back again when I can. Loved every minute at Fes PENTHOUSE! Spotless rooms, delicious food, world class host. One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. 10/10 would stay again! The host has made our stay exceed our expectations in every way possible.

Twelve out of ten Riad - here are the reasons why: the host, Mohamed, is very welcoming, speaks many languages, and answered all our questions while pouring us Moroccan tea. The terrace is sunny and invites for a read and will even be refurbished. The staff is very friendly, serving homemade breakfast and baking delicious cookies that come with the tea. The rooms are kept simple but are spacious and have all you need. The location in the middle of the buzzing Medina is only a short stroll away from the blue gate. If you look for an authentic dive in into a Riad in middle of the wonders of the Medina while being taken care of by a real host, this is the place!

The staff was wonderful. Nevi and Omaima were very nice and friendly. Omaima was so kind and always attentive. She made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. She also took well care of us by getting breakfast for us as we had to go to different excursions very early. They also recommended places and how to do things in the medina. They accommodated us with an excellent service. You would not have the same personalised service in other big hotel. The hotel is traditional and authentic of the local culture. The proximity of the riad was really good. It is inside the Medina and close to everything. Overall, everything was excellent and we will choose the same hotel again. 200% recommended.

Amazing experience I was coming very late, and I don't have a problem checking in. The family's there. Was very nice and welcome. Ming me with Morocco, Minty. An American pastries. After that I took a very delicious dinner on the rooftop. It was the best food I had in my life. The room was very clean and nicely with Moroccan decorated. I recommend definitely staying here for anyone coming to this nice city.

    Very nice riad in a great location, 100% recommended! It is very beautiful, quiet and clean. The breakfast was also very nice. But the most important: staff are amazing. They will give you some great advice about the city. Emin and Ali thought us some important words in their language and shared a lot of priceless information about the culture. You can ask them anything about Morocco, the language, types of cheeses and even skincare secrets. We hope to come back soon!

    Ahmed was a great host he regularly checked with us to ensure everything was ok. He was always at hand to help us with any questions we had and give advice. It's a great location, just outside the medina, so quiet, easy to get to (taxis can drop just outside it). Very spacious room, with AC and plenty of hot water.
