Incredible hotel! We are really glad that we chose it! 1. Staff is very nice. When we arrived there was no one at the reception, but we got a message before arrival with all door codes and necessary information. Guests can get apples and some snacks at the reception - such a lovely gesture, thank you! 2. Location is perfect, it's a very nice area with some nice bars and pubs near the hotel. It takes only about 7-10 minutes to get to the city center and about 15 to get to the train / bus station. 3. Room is awesome. We were offered some drinks and snacks for free and we truly appreciate it! Bed was comfy, coffee maker was there, bathroom was good, so we liked absolutely everything. If you are a fan of open windows, make sure to ask if your room has it because we were in the air-conditioned room and our windows couldn't open, however, another room had a balcony, so just choose the right room if you need fresh air :)

Very calm and peaceful environment with access to trails and recreation. It was enjoyable to see the horses each day, and the room was spacious, well-equipped and clean. Good parking as well. Very relaxing place to stay, I definitely recommend it.

One of the best stays! The house is located in a beautiful location near the big and quiet forest full of relaxing sounds of nature. The room was big, clean with all conveniences (shower, bath, tv, good wifi, coffeemachine, e-kettle, tea, etc. The owner was very nice, helped us a lot and brought a huge and healthy breakfast. We will be for sure staying there every time when we will be in Eindhoven region!

    Super nice hosts and a beautiful place with everything you need. Lovely interior, comfortable and spacious. There's a terrace to enjoy the sun and the beautiful views of the garden and fields. There's a little kitchen if you want to use it - but we highly recommend the breakfast which was really amazing. We especially loved the art all around the house inside and outside and that our car had a private spot to be parked on. Valkenswaard is a beautiful little town too!

    Peter and Corrie have transformed an old milk factory into an exceptional, modern, quaint and beautiful bed and breakfast. They are professional hosts and have a passion and love for what they do. It is a little off the beaten path so I recommend having a car. It is quiet, clean and set in a beautiful atmosphere. I made friends with the hosts and other guests because everyone is so happy and friendly. I would highly recommend oude melkfabriek. An added bonus: next door is a functioning windmill that you can tour two days a week.
