My husband and I had incredible days in Tromso. The accommodation was great and had everything we needed, including kitchen utensils, so we could cook several times, along with a super comfortable bed and a wonderful shower. The host was very welcoming; he gave us various tips on tours and transportation in the city, answered all our questions, and most importantly, fulfilled my dream of seeing the Northern Lights. I had already tried to see the Northern Lights in several other countries without success, but he is a great professional and took us to a place away from the city lights, dark enough for us to have an incredible night with the Northern Lights; he also took amazing photos. I will cherish forever in my memory these incredible days I had in Tromso and at the accommodation. I highly recommend it and will definitely return one day.

Room is very clean and pleasant to stay. Microwave, oven, coffee machine, knife, plate and cutleries are equipped, so we could enjoy cooking. Bed room can be locked with a key and secured. I think this accommodation is suitable to stay long, saving costs. I also recommend the northern light chasing tour the landlord holds. Its price is reasonable, and it was helpful that he dropped us in front of the accommodation at the end of the tour.

House of Ellie was fantastic. It is located at the end of a fjord so the anpartment and bedroom window looks across the fjord. We were there for almost midnight sun and Ellie set up chairs for us outside when we arrived. Spectacular views. It’s also located next to our favourite Tromso cafe. The room was very clean, extremely comfortable and had a fridge. Ellie was so helpful and very responsive to messages. We liked it so much that we’ve booked again for our return to Tromso in a few weeks.

A bit outside of Tromsø but absolutely beautiful view on the water from the apartment. It had everything you need, complete and modern kitchen and bathroom. Also the bed was cozy and I had fresh sheets and a towel.

We haven't really seen the staff, only when they came to clean the communal areas. It was cleaned every day by staff. We booked the double room, it was a good size. We could lock our room's door but not the front door. However, the area is very safe so no need to lock the front door. Kitchen/bathroom was well equipped. It's not a hotel room but it was really worth it for the amount of money we payed. It's very close to the bus stop and half an hour away from the city centre by walk.
