Our hosts were amazing people, and we felt like we were part of their family. We are already missing the delicious breakfasts Heather and Don served up each day, better than any hotel. The location was great, an easy walk to restaurants, the wharf and shops, and with a fabulous view of Mercury Bay.

Very spacious, well equipped accommodation. Cleary a lot of thought and consideration has been put into ensuring guests can relax and enjoy everything the area has to offer - whatever the weather. There is a spacious private deck area with wonderful views out over Simpsons Beach. Also we received an extremely warm welcome from the host, Marina, who had plenty of suggestions for places to go in the area. Highly recommended accommodation - just don't make the same mistake we did and only book for two nights! This is somewhere you could comfortably spend many, many nights. Absolutely superb!

The location was incredible a slice of paradise. We enjoyed the comfy bed with a view of the beach and slept so well in the cosy sheets. The shower excellent and the Manuka Honey body lotion I loved so much I bought a bottle at the airport. The kitchen was so cute every detail thought out. Studio Otama beach is a private haven!
