Great staying in Martinborough at Swan House with great and lovely hosts. It was a really nice apartment where you can find everything you want also the breakfast was great and we got some nice advices from our hosts regarding visiting some vineyards. Even one day/night was to short I have to admit to stay in this great atmosphere.

Situated in Greytown, Shy Cottage and Studio provides accommodation with seating area. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay.

I loved the history and character of the place - everything from the original stained glass windows being reused to the photos and stories on the wall.. if building could talk! The food was amazing, the staff were lovely, the facilities were great and the rooms were super comfortable. We’ll be back for sure! :)

The place was warm and inviting. The owner was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed that the place had a very homely feel to it while still being very modern and chic. It was close to the town centre. The place was very noise proof. We enjoyed arriving to the smell of fresh bread and tomatoes. All in all, would definitely stay again.

Rene was an amazing host. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and made with local ingredients. It is close to the main wine district (how we came across the property) but is worth just staying there. The property is serene with farm animals, groves, beautiful landscaping, and bird song. The room was large and comfortable with a private bath and patio. The place was also stylish and well decorated. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit NZ and would definitely recommend to friends and family if they plan a future trip there as well.
