Everything was perfect and beautiful. The location between the fields was outstanding and very near to the Hobbiton movie set. The studio was super cosy, new and sparkling clean! Surrounded of cows and nature. Absolutely amazing and so much attention to details. We felt like at home. This is a great stay with great hosts! The description is 100% correct only a 12 minute drive to Hobbiton. The amenities were perfect nice hot shower and comfortable bed. There was even a beautiful hand written welcome note.
