Absolutely amazing. Cozy, warm, clean, spacious, luminous, lovely owner. One of the best place I've stayed. This was my base camp to explore Hobbiton, Waitomo caves and Roturoa. If I come back I would redo exactly the same!

We stayed here before our visit to Hobbiton. It was about a 10 minute drive from here, which was perfect for the second breakfast tour. Everything was clean and comfortable. From our room we had a beautiful view of the countryside and the sunset.

Had a peaceful two nights stay here. The whole house is spectacular. Our room was huge, bed was so comfortable, a home away from home, with all the home comforts and more. Jen and Roberts were gracious and friendly hosts. we definitely would love to stay again. Recommend to all!

The studio was super cosy, new and sparkling clean! Surrounded of cows and nature. Absolutely amazing and so much attention to details. We felt like at home. The bed was super comfortable and we slept like babies Breakfast was taken the evening before with homemade bread, fruit, fresh juice etc.. Highly recommended!
