Fantastic location out of town but very easy and quick to get to. Lovely quiet location. Beautiful view over the lake. Staff extremely friendly. Nothing was a problem.

The location was great. There is a beautiful lake across their home. And another nice lake 5 min drive away. carmel is one of the most caring, friendliest host we have ever met. She does everything to make your stay memorable.

The B&B house was super clean, stylish decor and the facilities were great with a lovely large shared lounge and a large kitchen with everything you could need, Also provided a lovely continental breakfast which was well organised, and had everything you could want for breakfast. The bedroom had a nice clean ensuite bathroom, the bed was very comfortable and the linens were super crispy clean, also a nice sized TV in the bedroom. The host was super friendly and explained where everything was located, and the Lodge is located only a stones throw from Eat Street and the Lake Front and a short walk into town so central to everything, - Very impressed and will definitely be returning to Lakes Lodge B&B.

Amazing location ! Watching the sun rise in the morning across the Lake Rotorua at our doorstep was the highlight of our trip! The home was clean and beautiful! It was wonderful to have a comfy and clean home to return to. We loved it.

We had a great stay. The accommodation is for a couple really big, completely separate and private from the owners house and full equipped. It's close to all things to visit in Rotorua and also the owner was very friendly. We really recommend this accommodation!

I had a great rest. The view from the accommodation was so beautiful and the interior of the accommodation was clean and nice. I really liked the warm towel rack in the bathroom. The best thing was that the host was so kind. I was moved by the preparation of breakfast so well, and I was touched by the accommodation and the kind owner, Everything was so good!😍 I was a little upset while traveling, but thanks to the host, I felt great while I was in Rotorua. Thank you so much.
