Gorgeous location in a v leafy .ittle valley just outside Thames. A large house: upstairs the hosts' home, downstairs the B n B. A large, very nicely appointed lounge/dining room. Very comfortable chairs and sofas. A small neat kitchen area, well equipped. Self catering easily done. A healthy breakfast supplied. Three bedrooms. Mine was the smallest but quite adequate and comfortable. Shared bathroom was well appointed. Other guests were v pleasant. Helpful, welcoming hosts. Wifi worked well. Private on site parking.

Very lovely and welcoming hosts that gave us plenty of advice what to do in the coromandel area. Very good english breakfast served in the morning! Really enjoyed the beautiful outside area and garden.

A fabulous place up on the hill above Thames. We only spent one night here but it would be great for longer as there is a comfortable living room, well equipped kitchenette and a dining table inside and one outside. The sunset from the veranda outside was amazing to see. The welcome from Anna-Marie & Bailey the dog was so lovely. Breakfast provisions were very generous and the home made apple pie and cream was gorgeous.

We had a wonderful time at Miranda Homestead. It is a charming and well-kept farmhouse beautifully located in green nature next to the sea. Elly is a great host. She gave us helpful tips for our journey through New Zealand and interesting insights about the country. The breakfast with fresh fruit salad, plums from the garden and Manuka honey was exceptional.

Quiet, clean and elevated with a rustic charm. Well equipped and lovely outside bath tub on the deck to relax and stargaze. The owners were wonderful hosts and ensured I was had everything I needed.

I like how is close to the beach, fishing spot, and neighbors are very welcoming, feel like we haven't left home, the shower is amazing, cute cozy home, and we're allowed to pick some fruit from the fruit tree 😊( persimmon) just right home for my little family 😊

The room was beautifully and tastefully decorated in a modern minimalist style. The views on both sides were stunning and showed both the coast and the estuary. The landscaping around the property and the guest patio is beautiful and really enhanced the bungalow. The breakfast provisions were excellent quality and offered a wide range of Options.
