Wow I can’t say enough positive things about this place! The hosts were lovely - very accommodating and great communication. The apartment itself was warm and cosy and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. And the location was outstanding….VERY short walk to gardens and cable car and so handy to everything Wellington has to offer. We wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely be back.

Although we only stayed in Lynn's beautiful house for one night, we could still feel the owner's elegant artistic accomplishment. Everywhere in the room made people feel warm and thoughtful. Maybe we were in such a hurry with our preparations that we didn't even estimate that we might not be able to buy tickets. When we successfully boarded the boat to Picton, our hearts were filled with gratitude to our host, Lynn. Without Lynn's help we would have been in trouble and it would have affected our entire trip. This travel experience will definitely be engraved in our hearts.

What an incredible stay! The room was excellent, with exceptional amenities. I never expected to be so comfortable during my Wellington trip. The washroom and kitchen were very neat and tidy, which is always a concern for me, but this stay exceeded my expectations. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was spacious. I will definitely return if I visit Wellington again. Hosts Rico and Jay should be considered super hosts; they were readily available via text and took our small suggestions seriously. Superb! Couldn't use the front deck because we were in a rush. It's an awesome deck for a morning coffee. Only street Parking but its safe and Handy. Thanks Rico And Jay for hosting us and really appreciated your call after the check-out to express your regards.
