the breakfast was sufficient with decent number of options. they even offered alternatives for the breakfast we couldn't avail due to our early checkout. the location is easily accessible (near upper east and lacson st). The owner/operator and the staff was really nice and very accommodating. they even allowed us to move to an upgraded room. there were power outages in the city, but the staff was still kind enough to let us know ahead of time and offered their assistance in any way they can.

If you're looking for a relaxing vacation/ away from the city, but not too far, this is the place you would want to stay. The place is so close to good restaurants, Paul's specially, and other seafood restaurants. Our host, Jeanilyn, is exceptionally accommodating, she's there whenever you need anything. She's our tour guide/ chauffeur, wherever you want to go, also our photographer, I might add. Overall experience is very good. Best place this trip in all the hotels we've stayed. We especially like the room, it's huge! It's also clean and we have lots of space to put our stuff to. Hot showers are the best and the toilet and bathroom is also huge. Generally our stay here is amazing, wish we could comeback here In the future
