Everything was super!!They upgraded us to the best room with the best view after our request and they did it for free!The view was breathtaking!Dorotka was always helpful and kind as was Oksana,too.The breakfast was very nice!Clean, perfect room, the beds are so comfy,they have everything!Piotr kindly proposed to take us to Krakow by his car in order to avoid bus, and he was very helpfull as well!We felt like home in Panorama Premium!I recomment 100%!!!!!!

This is a GEM for budget travellers and the price you pay! It exceeded our expectation, and we was reading many reviews peoppe complaining about the space or size. It is a traditional challet (hut) made by wood but very nice, cute and a lot of decoration. The room was extremelly clean, enought for two people and honestly who care about size when you want to hike around just to sleep in the bight?? You pay a dime price (almost nothing) but expect first category or luxury place? All facilities are working, ypu jave hot water, shared bathrooms (yes they are many toilets and enought), amazing mountain view and a comfortable bed.

    The staff were super helpful and friendly. Located in a quiet, peaceful area within a walking distance to Zakopane. Spacious private parking. Beautiful view from the room. The room had a balcony and there was a shared kitchenette on the floor. Amazing breakfast served fresh every day (cold breakfast and one warm dish every day – one day it was pancakes, then eggs, then sausages).
