Beautiful property with lovely spotless room. Very warm and friendly welcome and check out. Room was quiet and views were gorgeous. the whole stay far exceeded our expectation. Will definitely stay here again when we next visit Poland.

The location was absolutely fantastic, smack bang in the centre of Zakopane with bars restaurants and cafes at your door step The lady on reception who worked on 11/2/25 went above and beyond for me, as I was a solo traveller who’s phone had broken, she googled phone repair shops nearby and wrote down the address for me. When I returned she got me rice in a bowl to leave my water damaged phone in. She was just really friendly and smiley and I wish her all the happiness in the world 🙂

It was the best accommodations. In general I never write any kinds of reviews, but i need to write this time for the first time. The girl in reception was incredibly amazing. Unlike the other zakopane people, she speaks English very well and it was very nice. And even she called me a taxi. The bus systems are so complicated and there are no Uber or Bolt taxi in zakopane, it was kind of light in my trip in zakopane. And the room was also amazing. Super clean and large. The refrigerator was not so cold, but if you put your water before you go to bed, you can get a cold water when you get up. The restroom was also very clean and the hairdryer was worked well. The Television worked well and even you can watch youtube through television. But the internet speed is not so fast, just wait a bit of time. The location was normal, not that bad but little bit far from the main street. It takes around 10minutes by foot. It doesn’t take a lot.

Absolute treasure, attention to detail can be seen everywhere. The room is spacious and comfortable. The best part of the wellness is that you can have a refreshing plunge in the creek after the sauna. Breakfast is one of the best in this A’la cart setting we’ve ever had.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was extremely comfortable, with a beautifully designed interior that made it feel cozy and stylish at the same time. One of the great advantages was the private parking area, which made arriving by car very convenient and stress-free. The breakfast each morning was delicious, offering a good variety of tasty options to start the day off right. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming—they really made us feel at home and were always ready to help with anything we needed. Another major plus is the hotel’s location. It’s situated very close to the city center, which meant we could easily explore all the main attractions on foot without needing public transport or taxis. Overall, it was a perfect experience and I would definitely stay here again!
