The place is really neat and clean. It's close to the center but at the same time the location is quiet. The hosts are very friendly and will help you with any questions or topics you might have. The parking on the street is provided by the city and the payed hous in Nis are all the way until 9pm, however, the hosts took care of the parking fees which was extremely nice. P.S. Bonus points for the very nice cats that you can find in front of the place.

Very nice small hotel in the very centre of the city! The room was extremely clean and the guest was very polite responsive and accommodating for everything needed. There is a parking spot that can be booked or there are parking spots in the street. Very safe location too as it is next to the police station. I had the "misfortune" of living in a hostel for 4 years and it was hell.. for the first time I felt at home, accepted in a wonderful home atmosphere... the host is more than good and helpful, willing to help with any problem... shortly after a number of years in hotels, I regained a positive opinion about them.. this hostel deserves to live and work for a long time.. all the best!
