A very nice and cosy place. We stayed here for one week in March for downhill and cross-country skiing. Iris and Kristbjörn are lovely people and we enjoyed the place including the great breakfast served from 8:00 to 9:00. Try the selfmade jam and the waffles. There is a great and well equipped kitchen plus two saunas.

Our host was very kind. She welcomed us every morning at breakfast and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast buffet was diverse, with a lot of options. Perfectly boiled eggs ,a treat every morning :) The room was very clean and comfortable. We were able to use the kitchen to make our dinner, this was absolutely awesome. The staff was very friendly overall. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend staying at Vasacenter B&B.

Everything was excellent. The room was very clean, well equipped (kettle, pots, pans, coffee machine, towels, cleaning supplies, shoe warmer etc.), and comfortable. Location is also fantastic, close to both Sälen and Kläppen, as well as many cross-country tracks. Breakfast was very good, and the host very accommodating. Rooms where clean, breakfast was excellent! Bathrooms where clean. Close to the bus stop and shops. Easier to get around with a car, but can be done with a bus!

We came to Salen for skiing in Klappen. The location was great for this. It is 5-10 min. away. And there were trails closeby for country skiing. There is also a place nearby for renting the skiing equipment which is way cheaper rather than renting them from the ski resort. The place is very cozy, the rooms are warm. Also Göran was a very welcoming and hospitable host. It was great talking to you and learning about the area. It was a pleasent stay. :)
