We can’t say enough good things about Vila Koman, the Koman family, or Zgornje Jezersko. We stated each day with a great breakfast and talking through the plans of the day with the host, Alan. He was very helpful with route planning for summiting mountains and knew where to get the best views. He also told us about museums and towns that he thought were a good fit for our group. Every evening, we enjoyed the mountain views with drinks in the café on the first floor. There was even a Finnish sauna and relaxation room downstairs. When we are back in Slovenia, we will be skipping Ljubljana altogether, and heading strait to Vila Koman.

Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. And the view from the garden toward the mountains was truly breathtaking—a perfect place for relaxation and contemplation. Additionally, the guesthouse provides a children’s play area, and even an outdoor fireplace. The location is ideal for exploring Logarska Dolina Park, and the proximity to attractions such as Kapela Kristusa Kralja and Sveti Duh added even more charm to our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an oasis of tranquility, comfort, and authenticity in the heart of Slovenia..
