A beautiful property in the Sousse Medina. The downstairs room was large and there were two lofts. Each with a single bed. Mouna took excellent care of everything for us, and her breakfast was very nice. View from roof deck was off the entire city.

A terrific place to stay in the medina. We had a large room with double bed, twin bed and a little dressing room alcove. Everything felt authentic, tile work, painted coffered ceiling, window latticework. You do need to walk through part of the medina to reach it, it felt quite safe and was well lit at night. There are actually 3 houses that form Dar Baaziz, each a short distance from the others. Our breakfast was served in the 3rd house and was ample, although the coffee was awful. There are steps in the alleyways and it's steep in places so it would be difficult with a lot of luggage since you can't get there by taxi. WARNING the medina is full of stray cats and kittens and it made us sad to see this every time we walked around.

Very convenient location, it’s nearby the old souq and markets and main square. The rooms were tidy and beautiful and the cleanliness was minted throughout our stay. The decorations were breathtaking and gave an authentic and traditional atmosphere.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The cleanliness and tranquility were standout features. The service exceeded my expectations, especially when I arrived late one day and the hotel's restaurant was closed. After reaching out on WhatsApp for nearby restaurant recommendations, they went above and beyond, delivering a menu to my room and arranging for dinner to be brought to me. The room itself was delightful, and the breakfast arranged at the yard was truly unforgettable. The overall vibes, service, and accommodation made my stay highly enjoyable. Highly recommended!
