Everything is good. If u have a car or motocycle, location is nothing. Room is cozy and very clean. Breakfast is also incredible and hosts are really kind and mindful. Thanks for everything😀 Of course parking lot is spacious!

The property is in a quiet neighbourhood just outside the center (10-15min walking). There is a supermarkt down the street (it does not sell alcohol, fyi). The rooms are really spacious and beds are very comfortable. Shower heads look small but they have great water pressure. Breakfast is served upstairs against a beautiful view of the hills. We were told it is also possible to watch the baloons but we were never awake that early. There is a communal garden with seats and tables where all guests can hang out in. Our hosts were super attentive and helpful.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank both Eyup & Burak for their hospitality during my stay at Cappadocia Fairly Tale hotel. Especially from Eyup. He is Welcoming me like his own bro. I feel like home during my stay. The room is very clean & so comfortable till I won’t feel to step out from it:). The Turkish breakfast is awesome. The surrounding of the hotel is peaceful & very close to the Hot Air Balloons location. It is only about 10+ minutes walk. Opposite the hotel has a very nice restaurant as well including cafes. Highly recommended! Again, thanks to both Eyup & Burak. You guys are the main reason I will come back again if I pay a visit to Cappadocia in the near future. Thanks & Cheers:)

Staff is extremely friendly and kind! She helped us book transpiration and actives around the city! The Turkish breakfast is divine! The room is extremely beautiful and keeps you cool in the summer heat. You get a little balcony area that is more private, perfect for a night smoke or talk! As for the location, it is a bit far away from the main city but you can get a bus or taxi for very cheap, so the beauty of the house is totally worth it even with the distance.

I liked it very much!!! The hotel is located in a quiet location, but within a 5-minute walk you can reach the city center, cafes and shops. Clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast, served with love by the hostess. Special thanks to her for the smiling welcome. It is clear that she loves her clients and tries very hard to make their vacation wonderful. Atmospheric place with positive energy.

Nazlim was an amazing host. The stay also had breathtaking views. Although a little far from the city centre there’s a very cheap bus nearby that takes you straight in and is much cheaper than the taxi. Nazlim helped set up a surprise of champagne and roses whilst I was proposing to my now fiancée on the hot air balloons. She also provided a great recommendation on where to eat some food, we walked there and when it started to rain Nazlim appeared and drove us right to the door.

The whole structure and the rooms are simply wonderful. Super clean, comfortable and in great location in the nice city of Avanos, just 10 minutes walk to the city center (the street upon the house that goes along the cemetery is really nice).
