Excellent location - just a few minutes walk to the train station, and many local buses stop right in front of the building. A very nice hotel, we had a nice room on the 9th floor with a great view from the window (I would ask for a room with a view when you make a reservation), clean, quiet. Very friendly staff. The reception room has a nice large sitting area with bags of nice snacks, coffee, and tea. If we ever come back to Taichung, we will come back to this hotel without any doubts.

Clean, modern budget hotel. I stayed 3 nights in deluxe doubles. The first on the third floor was OK, clean and good value, if basic. The deluxe double on the 2nd floor next to the elevator was actually larger and stylish, and an amazing value. I would rate the less nice deluxe double as a 7.5 and the nicer one as a 9.0, especially considering the value.
