Everything was great, especially the staff and the relaxed feeling of the bar and accomodation with sandy ground. The kitchen is amazing as well. They went above and beyond every time and we were lucky to be there on a Sunday when they organize movie nights so we dined watching a movie and drinking cocktails which are also fantastic. On the beachfront they also have a bar perfect for lunch and just chilling out. The bed was extremely comfortable.

I had an amazing stay at Zamzam House! The place is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, charming, and just a short walk to the stunning beach. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and felt like a perfect home away from home. The breakfast each morning was delicious and freshly prepared—Tungo, the cook, is truly talented! And a special thank you to Rose, our lovely host and also a yoga teacher. Her calming presence made the stay even more special. There’s even a dedicated space to practice yoga on-site, which made it easy to relax and reconnect. If you’re looking for a relaxing, authentic stay in Zanzibar with a touch of wellness, I highly recommend Zamzam House. Can’t wait to return!

Our room was very clean, there is a common kitchen and fridge for the guests to use. We did not have air con but in this season you do not need it; we did not use even the fan during the night. The place is very quiet, just a short walk from the beach and the village. Breakfast was included and very tasty (chapati, eggs, guacamole, fruit). Wi FI is available. Very good value for the money 😊

Great owners, wonderful place. Very delicious breakfast, beautiful room. Great location, very close to the ocean. A place to rest outside the building. We are here for the second time, if we ever come to Zanzibar again, we will definitely come back to this place and wonderful people.
